Short term mooring Queenscliff in POINT LONSDALE, Victoria for sale

I have a swing mooring at Queenscliff that I will not be using until just before Christmas. It is Parks registered for a yacht up to 5.5m and was new installed 2 years ago. Your use of the mooring spot is at no charge to you, and I will send Parks a note informing them of the sub-let, but there will be a charge of $165 payable to a mooring inspector of my choice to inspect the mooring at the end of the sub-let in mid December. This report is only for my information, the sub-letter isn't responsible for mooring condition.
Anyone interested has to abide by all of Vic Parks regulations for moorings and the vessel must be registered and insured.
The mooring was inspected last January and was found to be good, but I won't be responsible for any damage your vessel does or for damage to your vessel for any reason including mooring failure.
